THE RESTAURANT


A unique place where it is possible to taste typical products, such as house-made pasta, hams with PDO and PGI, especially our Modena ham with PDO, coming directly from our production site, the best selection of cheeses and meats of our territory. Everything accompanied by gnocco fritto and tigelle, as tradition dictates: cold milled flour from Fanano’s mill.

The Location? The Modena Apennine.
During the summer it is possible to taste our specialties outside, while having a nice picnic and breathing pure air.

THE SHOP


The shop is located near the restaurant. There you can buy fresh pork meats, salami, jams, wines, liqueurs and other typical products of the Apennines and the Emilia region. The shop is also the company shop of the ham factory Fattoria Ca ‘Dante, so it is possible to find raw hams at Km 0 … or better at meter 0!

The love for Emilia’s typical cuisine and the Emilian mountain in particular, drives us to look for the best products of our lands: fresh, genuine and above all good products! A visit to our shop is a journey into Emilia Romagna’s gastronomic culture where you can discover or rediscover craft products, which are hardly to be found elsewhere.

CURED MEAT

Typical Emilian hams dish (24 months Modena ham with PDO, Mortadella from Bologna with PGI, Coppa, Pancetta from Piacenza, Ciccioli from the mountains Monticello, Salami from Felino) lard, Grana Padano, Nutella and jam accompanied by gnocco fritto and tigelle (as many pieces as you want).
Modena ham with PDO with soft cheese or Mozzarella.

GRILLED MEAT

Mixed grilled pork meat at “Km 0” with coppa or loin chop, homemade sausage, rib meat, bacon and/or meat skewer
